The apartment offered excellent space for our family of six, perfect for comfort. Close proximity to the subway station made getting around the city a breeze. We found many food options just a short walk away, eliminating any need for a long search. The kids loved their cozy bunk beds, and I appreciated the tatami beds for a unique experience. However, storage space was an issue. we had to live out of our luggage due to a lack of drawers or closets. That made things a bit inconvenient during our stay. Also, cleaning could have been more thorough. The floors in the bathroom were not as tidy as expected, and we encountered issues with some bathroom supplies not being replenished properly. Overall, it was a nice stay with room for improvement in housekeeping.

The One-Bedroom Japanese Style Apartment For 5 offers unique sleeping arrangements for families, creating a cozy atmosphere that's great for kids. The traditional tatami flooring adds an authentic touch to the stay, making it feel distinctly Japanese.
Being located opposite a fire station means you'll likely be woken up by the sounds of fire engines and ambulances during the night, which can be a concern for light sleepers. Additionally, the layout of the Premium Two-Bedroom Japanese Apartment features one room primarily furnished with tatami beds, resulting in limited open space for unpacking luggage and moving around comfortably. Clearer directions to the hotel would have eased our initial arrival, as they were somewhat confusing at first.

Mimaru Osaka was a blast! The kids loved the cozy bunk beds, and the mini kitchen made meal prep easy. Super close to Dotonbori for eats and fun. Just a heads up, the lift gets busy at check-in time. Awesome experience!

great stay but room for improvement
The staff truly made our experience memorable, particularly with their warmth and attentiveness. We found the location incredibly convenient, with nearby restaurants and a great supermarket. The cleanliness of our room was commendable, providing a sparkling environment for us to relax after our daily adventures.
However, the lack of sufficient storage space made organizing our belongings quite challenging.

great stay with minor issues
The family apartment was spacious, which allowed us to truly relax during our stay. The location was convenient. just a short walk to many shopping options and eateries. The front desk staff provided excellent local dining recommendations that enhanced our overall experience. I particularly enjoyed how cozy the bunk beds felt for the kids, creating a home away from home atmosphere.
The lift can get quite busy during check-in times.

easy access to parks and shopping makes exploring a breeze
Staying here was fantastic for my weekend city strolls, as it's just a 15-minute walk to the vibrant Dotonbori area and a quick train ride to Osaka Castle Park, providing beautiful views and a great place to relax. I also loved how close the shopping streets were, making it so convenient to grab a bite or pick up souvenirs without straying far from my home base.
